How I Work

A few commitments that apply to everything published here and to every engagement.

I disclose positions. Any piece discussing a company I hold a position in says so, with the vehicle and approximate entry. Any client engagement where I am also an investor or board member is papered, disclosed to co-investors, and approved by the owner.

I verify before I publish. If a claim cannot be verified, it does not go in. Public materials rank above company-provided materials. Pitch decks, CIMs, and press releases are not primary sources.

I take no liberties with data. Charts are labeled, time windows are justified, forecasts are kept visually distinct from actuals, and methodology is disclosed.

I correct in the open. Errors get date-stamped notes on the original piece. Silence is never the default.
